About

We’re all about crafting a style of authentic living that makes you feel alive, well and true to who you are. It’s so easy to get caught up in a fast paced world, forget what’s important to us and push things to the back burner just to ‘get by’. But, what we’re really doing is depleting our value and purpose here on Earth. You see, decluttering isn’t just about weeding out the physical crap piling up in the corner of your rooms. It’s eating us alive emotionally and mentally as well. To eliminate all clutter; life, mind and home, we need to be more mindful of how we approach our lifestyle.

Ditch The Tox

A long time ago I cut the chemicals out of our home because we were allergic to everything from laundry soaps to foods. It was a time in my life that made the most sense to me. I desired a toxic free environment that drove me to success, healthiness, overall feeling damn good. Beauty & cleaning products, ingredients in foods like gluten, soy, all the allergens needed to go. And that’s exactly what I did.

Clear The Clutter

Decluttering is just a part of your natural cleaning habits. The more stuff you have, the more overwhelmed you feel. It’s important to pay attention to what’s coming into our homes, work space and even the people we associate ourselves with. Clutter is a huge problem in the world. It’s unhealthy, causes internal problems, and mentally just deteriorates us. When we clear the mess, we can focus more mindfully on who we’re becoming.

Craft A Wellness

Invest in yourself because there’s no one else that is going to take care of you better. Self care routines, mindset transformations, manifestation, affirm, gratitude like no other. These everyday commitments to yourself speaks volumes in terms of allowing yourself to feel amazing, authentically happy and free from any guilt, shame, fear, lies, sabotage. You deserve a wellness that attracts peace, love and sanity.

Clutter is an ever growing problem in the world around us. Be mindful of what you allow into your life in terms of people, places and things. Mentally you’ll be happier, more free. Emotionally you’ll feel balanced, self worth and love. Letting go comes with ease. You’re the most important asset you own. Focus on what you desire and deserve.

History & Work

With over 20 years experience as a professional house cleaner and decluttering expert, I have the utmost respect for people willing to change their lives to be healthier, happier and more free. Clutter is something that invades our privacy (physically and emotionally), it robs us from functioning, builds up the toxins in our bodies, mind and spirit. When you declutter everyday for 30 days you form a healthy habit of detoxing. This method of clearing out the ‘stuff’ magically shifts our brains from fog to clarity. You’re gaining so much more when you approach this style of living. No one needs 25 forks in their silverware drawer. A junk drawer is non negotiable. There shouldn’t be one because you’re giving permission for things to pile up. Each day you put in the effort to toss the things you don’t need. Eliminate the excess and utilize what you do have.

The Secret Sauce

Start decluttering NOW! The longer you wait to clean up the mess, the more you put off living the dream you desire. Decluttering is just something you have to incorporate into your everyday cleaning routines because it alleviates the crap you don’t need. So, whip out that little bag everyday and begin to toss/donate stuff that’s invading your space. It also helps transform your mindset moving forward.

Struggling with the overwhelm? You are not alone. In fact, it’s so much of a problem that we’ve created programs to help guide you through step by step.

Simple daily tasks that promote wellness:

  • declutter small things each and everyday until it gets manageable
  • affirmations, mindfulness and vision boards
  • toss the chemical cleaning products
  • focus on what’s really important to you and write a list
  • create strict routines that you do daily
  • cut off toxic people, places and things that make you uncomfortable
